My personal highlight at KROENERT is that my job allows me to get to know places and people all over the world that I would probably not easily discover in my private life. Our customers come from a wide variety of industries and regions – no two projects are alike. That's exactly what makes the work so exciting and gives me the opportunity to constantly develop my personal skills. Fortunately, you never feel alone on an installation job, whether in Germany or overseas, because your colleagues are always there to help you, no matter where you are.

When you sell a coating line in sales, it's always a highlight. However, my highlight was when we flew to China for just two days to negotiate a contract and came back with an order in our pockets. The crew on the return flight was the same one that flew us there.
