RECO application examples
The RECO lines are used in particular for the production of technical coatings, flexible packaging materials and applications in the field of renewable energies. In addition, all modules in the RECO series, such as winders, coating stations and dryer systems, can also be used to modernise existing systems.
Silicone and pressure-sensitive adhesive line
The RECO enables high-precision coating for labelling materials. Thanks to its modular structure, both individual lines for multi-stage processes and tandem systems for inline production can be realised.
Silicone coating line
The RECO A 800 A is ideal for the siliconisation of paper substrates used as release liners for labels, adhesive tapes, graphic, hygienic and medical products. This line processes solvent-free and thermally cross-linking silicones.
PVdC coating system
The RECO offers a high-performance solution for functional coatings on packaging materials and films. The line, specially designed for PVdC and acrylate coatings, enables a working width of up to 2,500 mm.
