Barrier for food
Our coating lines apply barrier and sealing functions to various packaging materials such as aluminium, plastic or paper. These coatings protect food from external influences and ensure improved shelf life and freshness.
Barrier for pharmacy
With our lines, we can apply high-barrier coatings for blister packs of pharmaceutical products. These coatings provide reliable guard against moisture, light and other external influences to ensure the effectiveness of the products.
Barrier recyclable
Our machines enable the coating of sustainable, recyclable food and beverage packaging made from paper and cardboard. The barrier coatings offer protective functions without compromising the recyclability of the materials.
Composite packaging
Our lines offer wet and dry lamination processes for composite packaging that requires a barrier function. This packaging offers a combination of different materials that protect the contents from moisture, air or light.
AlOx barrier
With our coating lines, we can apply primer and top coats to substrates that are vapour-deposited with ceramic oxides such as AlOx or SiOx. These layers improve the barrier properties and provide guard against external influences.
Aluminium paint finish
Our machines enable the coating of aluminium foils on one or both sides with hot and cold seal lacquers as well as primers for subsequent printing. We can also laminate aluminium foils with plastic films to achieve additional guard and barrier functions.
Wax/paraffin coating and lamination
