Battery technology
Our coating lines enable the precise application of ceramic layers to PE diaphragms used in battery separators. These layers provide a heat-resistant protective barrier that increases the safety and efficiency of the batteries.
Gas preparation
With our lines, we coat PET membranes with a special functional layer that allows gases to pass through but filters out specific chemical components. This technology ensures precise separation and cleaning of gases in various applications.
Osmosis
Innovative coagulation processes are used to apply a functional layer to the membrane using wet chemistry, which is then precipitated, cross-linked and dried in baths. The membrane produced in this way can remove salt from water via ion exchange or selective diffusion of water, making it ideal for osmosis applications.
