Examples of applications
Transdermal drug patches (TDS)
Our coating lines enable the precise and uniform application of active pharmaceutical ingredient compositions to various carrier materials. These include self-adhesive patches such as nicotine, heat or hormone patches, which ensure a controlled release of the active ingredient.
Diagnostic test strips
Our lines refine films, papers and nonwovens by coating, impregnating or impregnating them with water- or solvent-based fluids. This technology ensures maximum precision and reliability, as required for example in diabetes test strips for accurate blood glucose measurement.
Wound dressings
Our technology enables the targeted coating of silicone gel or adhesives on materials such as films, nonwovens, fabrics or PU foam. These processes are inserted into medical dressing materials and wound dressings with healing-promoting active ingredients.
Self Dissolving
Our coating lines apply gel-like, self-dissolving masses precisely to silicone beams. This technology is ideal for medical and cosmetic applications where the coating dissolves completely and residue-free after a set time.
