After completing his mechanical engineering studies, Bernward Kurpisch worked at a renowned ship repair yard and then studied aircraft construction in Hamburg. Since 1986, he has been active in the sales and project planning of coating systems.In 1995, he founded Drytec GmbH und Co. KG together with two other partners and, as its partner, was responsible for the commercial management with a focus on sales. in 2019, after selling the shares in the company, he moved to the management of the company.

Markus Waterkamp has been Managing Director at KROENERT since January 2017. From 2013 to 2017 he was in charge of sales, marketing and service as an authorised officer. He has worked in the coating and converting sector for more than 30 years, having started his career as a graduate engineer in construction technology. After studying industrial engineering, he was originally involved in project planning before moving on to international sales. With an MBA in Controlling and Accounting, he has been responsible for running the international business operations of renowned companies in the coating and converting sector.
