Standard Winders

Kroenert also develops and manufactures unwinding and rewinding stations with characteristics that are ideally suited for integration into a complete production line. These stations can be used to wind films, foils, paper, and special materials (e.g. fleeces). Due to their hight degree of standardization these systems can, however, also be integrated into machines of third parties as independent units.

Special Winders

Kroenert has developed special machine solutions for particularly demanding tasks. These machines do not only process special materials, but also increase the productivity of your processes. Some examples:

• Unwinding of thin aluminum foil < 6 µm with patented follow-on roller control
• Butt-splice unwinding without web magazine
• Rewinding of adhesive tape without air trappings and telescoping
• Rewinding without tube preparation (adhesive-free splicing)

• Change of bale rotation direction during rewinding from the top or from the bottom
• Change of bale rotation direction during rewinding from the top or from the bottom without standstill or retrofitting
• Compact design and short web paths despite bale pickup of two jumbo bales with identical sizes
• Residual length optimization
• Four individually movable chucks make it possible to use bales of different widths without standstill
• Center alignment of bales to each other when fixed
• Solid design for weights of up to 4 t per bale (total weight 8 t)
