Printing Units

Kroenert develops and manufactures printing units for Flexo printing that are especially adapted to the requirements of converters for label production. Preferably, the printing units are used for printing of logos on silicone paper.

• Speeds of up to 1,000 m/min
• Quick exchange of printing sleeve in the machine
• Available as double printing unit

Pull Units

The modern fast-running coating and laminating machines require individual web tensions in the production line. This means, for example, that the web tension in the coating system has to differ from the web tension in the drying channel or in the rewinder. Kroenert has developed different web tensioning components that take these different requirements into account.

Model Versions:

• Classic web tensioning system with steel tensioning roller and rubber pressure roller
• Suction rollers or suction tables for contact-free web tension separation
• Can be combined with web edge control systems and web tension measuring systems

Cooling Stations

The web that has been heated up during processing, has to be cooled down to a defined temperature before it can be rewound. In most cases cooling down of the web is performed by the cooling station, which usually consists of a water-cooled cooling roller and a pressure roller. Depending on the required cooling capacity, the size and number of the cooling rollers can be varied. Air coolers are used for special cases.

Web Tension Control Units

Web tension control units are elementary to adjust the correct tension in every section of a production line. According to the requirements different systems can be integrated.
