Type 800/800 A

The coating system 800/800 A has been conceived for all solvent-containing, aqueous(thermically cured) and prepolymer compounds (thermically/ UV/IR-cured), and chemically cured laminating adhesives. It can be used for a variety of coating methods using grid rollers, smooth rollers, nozzles, casting heads, and comma blades. To increase both flexibility and cost-effectiveness the type 800 A is available as easily and quickly exchangeable trolley version. Production is possible with working widths between 600 and 3,300 mm and a speed of up to 2,000 m/min.
