Concept & Strategy

An individually developed, intelligent machine control is the prerequisite for the exceptional efficiency of Kroenert production lines. The high technological requirements regarding processing and efficiency and the ongoing advancement in electronics make it necessary to develop own production line controls: Kroenert uses SIEMENS hardware for drives and programmable logic controls (PLCs) for development, design, and manufacture of all drive concepts. In this way we ensure that our production lines will keep their technological lead.

Operation

The aim is an easy, simple, and cost-efficient operation of the complete production line. For this purpose, the complexity of operating sequences is reduced to the absolute minimum to achieve both clarity and transparency. A systematic approach and traceability are the main focus.
The recurring modular drive and control structure guarantees both process stability and process security, whereas the quick error detection reduces maintenance expenditures.

ProLine

Based on Microsoft Visual Studio Kroenert has integrated its ProLine visualization system. This system uses standard hardware (PC) and shows its efficiency by:

• Simple and clear user guidance by means of a fully graphical user interface
• Dynamic display of trends, bars, and symbols
• Display and entry of process variables and production line statuses
• Application recipes for automatic machine setting
• Logging system for output of bale logs or lists of error messages
• Alarm management and service settings

TeleLine

Based on ProLine our TeleLine remote maintenace is permanently available via Internet. In general, this supplementary service provides a quick diagnosis of problematic situations, thus making it possible to solve problems within a few hours. This increases both availability and productivity of your production line.
