Full service history – the Kroenert service contract
Kroenert lines are renowned for their reliability and low-maintenance. However, every laminating and coating line suffers wear and tear over time, particularly with years of three-shift operations and the highest production rate.



To avoid expensive repairs and shutdowns caused by line breakdowns, regular inspection and servicing is recommended. Kroenert offers this service to its customers in the form of a service contract which offers many advantages:

• Operational Security

The line is tested and checked mechanically and electronically at regular intervals by service technicians. In addition, vital operating components are serviced separately. In this way costly repairs and line shutdowns can often be avoided completely.

• Rapid Response to Damage

Repairs for contractual customers are given the highest priority. Service specialists are available within 24 hours excluding travel time. Same day shipping is available for replacement parts kept in stock and ordered within normal business hours.

• Line Value Retention

Lines which are subject to verifiable regular maintenance retain their value over many years – complete service history, value retention!

An annual basic payment secures, besides servicing, various discounts on repairs and replacements, as well as prioritized processing of all outstanding orders and tasks. This is our way of thanking you for your confidence in us; your satisfaction is important to us. Our service team is always available, both for general questions as well as discussions about individual contract formats. A draft version of the service contract can be requested by email.
