PAK 610 – the new benchmark in laminating and coating with wax and hotmelts
|
With their coating and laminating lines for waxes and hotmelts Kroenert have been setting the benchmark for almost 100 years. The well-known PAK Series combines low production costs with the highest performance levels.
Their newest-generation machine, the PAK 610, continues the tradition of high quality. With its modular design the PAK 610 can be tailor-made to the smallest detail to suit the customer´s requirements. Customers can select their machine configuration, for example, the machine can be purchased first as a minimal version and extended later after successful start of production. Extension of the product range in response to new market forces is done readily and without problems.
The basic version of the PAK 610 features nine of the most used coating and laminating systems. Its capabilities may be extended by further 40 coating and laminating processes at any time without great expense or effort. The PAK 610 is designed for a working width of 600 to 1300 mm at production speeds up to 300 m/min. Besides coating and laminating technology, the winder design in the PAK 610 is also modular. Single- or automatic winders with or without shafts are available.
Design modification also includes the auxiliary equipment.The new PAKMELT 400 for wax and hotmelt has a melting capacity of 400 liters/hour, including a heated 400 litre storage tank. This makes a separate storage container for melted wax or hotmelt obsolete.

The contemporary and low maintenance design of the system, combined with good access to all components and user-friendly web travel makes the package complete.
The PAK 610 will be introduced in more detail in June 2009 at “Packaging Day“. In-house live technical demonstrations illustrate that this machine sets new standards. A new technical data sheet on the PAK 610 is already in production and will be available shortly.
